developing news out of pittsburg. police are investigating a shooting after a man was found on a trail with a gun shot wound. this was at 8:45 tonight. the injuries are considered life threatening. he has been taken to the hospital. his condition is not known at this time but this is the same trail that has had a number of violent incidents in the last few months. police said they would increase patrols there. 7 day area men still missing in the gulf of california. their boat disembarked. sank sixty miles south of that location. it has been more than 90 hours since the boat capsized sunday morning. kron 4's reggie kumar talked with the wives of two brothers who was on the boat.

one brother was rescued the other still missing. >> reporter: she is waiting to hear word that her husband sulived. he was on the shape that capsized sunday morning. he was with his three brother when the ship went down and the only brother that hasn't been found yet. he was getting ready to retire. >> he already put in his paper work, ready to retire, august 5. 30 years. he was wearing a lif jacket. jumped in with his brother but a wave came and separated them. i understand the water is warm. so i am not concern would the hypothermia but there is sharks out there. >> i don't think he is a strong swimmer but he knows how to swim. >> her husband was rescued on

monday. >> he was found by a local fishing boat. he was floating for about 18 hours on a cushion. he did give us his life jacket. so he was lucky to be found. >> reporter: he is staying in the gulf of california with his two brothers. they are continuing to hold out he will be found alive and they are putting pressure on teams to scour the waters for him. reggie kumar, kron 4 news. >> don lee and he are two of the missing men. their family says the waiting is excruseiating but they remain hopeful. >> we are going to get them back. we know we are. we get getting conflicting reports, conflicting information but when we get the good news it's great. when we get the bad news we

jaycee dugard, the young girl kidnapped in 1991 and held for 18 years will release a book in july. kron 4's jr stone has excerpts from the book. >> reporter: you have seen her pigchuck through the years. jaycee dugard, now her picture can be found on the cover of people magazine as she talks about her kidnapping, the rapes, and how she made it through 18 years of her life. the day she was kidnapped off of his road she says she was forced to undress and take a shower with phillip garrido. within a week the rapes began.

and an excerpt from her book she writes she was forced to wear handcuffs to bed. she says he has to put cand cuffs on me. within a week she was raped. repeatedly on this property, eventually bearing two children. as to why she didn't escape, she says phillip garrido gave me this image of the world as a scary place. looking back at her time at the house she writes i would do it all again. the most precking thing in the world came out of it, my daughters. jr stone, kron 4 news. >> the couple convicted are both serving terms. neighing nag is serving 36 to life sentence -- nancy garrido is serving 36 to life and

time now for talk with gabe slate. >> i am at facebook headquarters where they announced video calling is coming to facebook. mark zuckerberg unveiled the new feature. mark zuckerberg and facebook seemed really proud. they called it the easiest way to video chat. i might agree with them. it was quit and easy to get a video chat up and going. there are two ways. if you are chatting with someone at the top of the chat box is a camera icon.

you click on that to initiate the clack or in someone's profile page, you click on the call button. it's very simple. one click video chatting. the video box showing the person can be moved around. you can do other things in facebook or on your commute at the same time. you will see the camera shot in the upper right hand corner. skype is behind it so the quality is solid. tony baits was there today with mark zuckerberg unveiling this new feature. skype is very excited they will have access to facebook users. let's hope skype can handle all the added users because they have 750 million users. video calling and facebook is rolling out to all facebook users in the next week.
